The North Kaipara Agricultural Association Inc. Paparoa A&P Show, one of the largest in Northland, is one of New Zealand’s longest standing events, with 2024 being the 147th time that the Show will be staged. The Show has particular value and economic importance for the North Kaipara region, its people and businesses. 

SITE POSITIONING

Site Positioning will be given on a first in basis – this means completed application form and site fees fully paid, together with any accompanying certificates. If there is a particular site you would prefer please advise and we will do our best to accommodate your preference. (note that this is not guaranteed.)

SITE NUMBERING

Every site will be numbered so that they are easy for you and visitors to find.
A combined alphabetical list showing all stallholders and their activities, together with their site numbers, will be posted on all of the 12 Show Information Boards dotted around the Showground. Information will also be displayed on the very large “What’s On At The Showground” board at the front entrance to the Showground. 

PARKING

Please ensure that trade site vehicles are moved to the car park after set up and prior to the gates opening at 9am.
